Project: Milk Bar’s current Amazon presence needs a facelift (Listings, A+ Content, and Store).
Goal: Build awareness of brand and its unique desserts. Increase Milk Bar’s ranking by improving the factors used by Amazon’s Ranking Algorithm. Higher Ranking = More Traffic = Increase in Sales
Solution: After researching the competitive landscape and evaluating the company’s current brand (website, marketing materials, products, packaging) a layout was produced that takes customers through an enjoyable and purposeful journey.
In addition to the brand’s current elements, new ones were developed to communicate the products’ attributes: • A new tagline was developed “Indulge in the Unexpected” • Photos were created to show the texture of the product “Soft-Baked” • Images were designed to call out unique ingredients with closeups of product

Project: Redesign existing Amazon store.
Goal: Improve design to attract new customers and increase sales.
Solution: Evaluated existing store and reformatted layout to improve customer experience. Used more lifestyle images and emphasized product attributes with more callouts.
Added a brand story to the store for customers to learn more about the brand. The story was created with three memorable messages: Passionate • Innovative • Guaranteed.
Developed a new “Shop-by-size” section that has made it easier for customers to shop which resulted in increased sales. Customers new to the brand can be overwhelmed by how many products are available. Shopping by size gives them the option to choose a product based on their activities (snack, lunch, family size). Once a size has been chosen, they can view which flavors are available in that size.

Project: Krave Jerky redesigned its packaging and needs a makeover on Amazon: Titles • Bullets • Images.
Goal: Create striking content that communicate Krave’s unique flavors and good-for-you attributes.
Solution: After researching the competitive landscape and evaluating the company’s current brand (website, marketing materials, products) new images were produced using a combination of existing and new ones.
Appetizing photos of the product were taken to show the tender and flavorful jerky. To reinforce the healthy benefits, callouts were placed throughout the listing. In addition, each title and bulleted section now contains keywords which increase search rankings.
